| My first wedding cake I had just completed a course in royal icing. My baby sister decided on Wednesday that she wanted to get married on Sunday!!! I found out that a cake was needed on Thursday!! This is the result- my first wedding cake!!!At that time I did not know about using marizpan, so I covered the fruitcake with royal icing only. I was so proud of this cake!!! I went around telling the guests " Did you see the cake?? I made it!!" LOL |
