I remember doing my first cake, 26 years ago, a
Wilton ninja turtle for my son's 1st birtday. It took me
4 hours to pipe and less than 1 minute for it to be
demolished!!
But that cake got me hooked! It was the beginning of
my love for Sugarcraft.
The ultimate high came in 2009 when I won gold at
the NEC in Birmingham. It was also a great
accomplishment to be able to demonstrate how to
make roses there.
But my greatest sense of satisfaction is completing a
wedding cake, knowing it's made with love, care and
attention to details!
